Tylenol pm
Ok so I have not been getting any sleep lately so I take tylenol pm 2 help me sleep every night. Is it bad 4 me 2 do this every night? I dont want 2 die or anything lol
I use 2 do the same thing and my aunty said that its bad for you beacuse it messes up your liver or kidneys one of those so I stoped
It also does no good because your body get used to the medication and has no effect after a while. You don’t want to increase the dosage because then you risk the chance of overdosing on them too and causing damage to you liver. My best friend was so in distress that he started popping Tylenol like crazy. He ended up in the hospital getting his stomach pumped. Plus a very embarrassing story to say that he was in the hospital because he overdosed on Tylenol!
