two periods in one month? plus other symptoms?

so I just finished my second period of this month (I’ve never had this before) I also have been cramping a lot followed by diarrhea, im also bloated and my face has been breaking out like crrazzyy. I’m also experiencing migraines and leg aches plus im having a hard time sleeping. Any ideas?

First of all, how far apart were your periods? If one was at the very beginning of the month and the other at the very end, I wouldn’t worry too much about that. The other stuff might be unrelated, but my advice would be to see a doctor about it, just in case. I’ve never had it happen, so I can’t be sure.
