Can my turtle eat all the fish if I put it in my fishpond?

Damn. This turtle’s head is about the size of maybe a fat marker.

I have some big fish, but some of the fish are lazy. I’m thinking evolution in action… the smartest fish survive, am I doing the right thing?

Lol, I had two turtles and we used to buy fish to watch them eat them…the two turtles were about the size of my fist. So yes, your turtle will almost definitely eat all your fish. If you’d like to keep them I suggest not letting the turtle near them :P

What were the size of the fish you fed them?

Big turtles start small…. Some are indeed herbivores tho, so you’ll need to id the species.

Some were feeder fish, which are pretty small, about as long as 3/4 of your thumb. We also fed them goldfish which are smaller than the feeder fish, but a lot fatter, and baby koi (a bit longer than your thumb).

So I decided to setup a special habitat for the turtle and take it out of the pond. Here are some pics and a video identifying the turtle

it was sooooooo funny coz it would sit there like “MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA IM GONNA EAT YOU >:D” then it would try to get the fish with its claws and be like “:O WTF AHHHHHH WATER RUN FOR YOUR LIFE” then it would run away XDXDXDXDXDXDXDXDXDXDXDXD
