How can trust be reestablished?

Me and my boyfriend had been going through a bit of a rough time a short while ago. It’s been pretty hard, but i love him, he loves me, just, some of that trust that was there before is not there anymore. How can I learn to trust him anymore? I am not willing to let any of this stop us, i want to work through it and so does he and we have been trying.

well, it definitely takes time, and if you two are the right match, which it looks like you are, then you willl make it through. Give eachother time and let eachother think about things. or talk it through with eachother. talk about what’s going on.

just show each other that your their to help them always and will be at each others side. Try not to keep anything from each other and it will probably show both of you how well you connect with each other (hope this helps)

“to build trust it takes time, but it takes just one doubt to tear it all down.” nothing comes easy but know that its not impossible aslong as there is forgiveness and willingless everything is possible. Take time and heal yourself so by the time you start to work on it again you know what not to do to break it again. Be you or someoen else at fault remember that in any relationship it takes 2 individuals. Best of LucK!
