Its a rumor. what’s sad is the amount of people that would be happy about a 13 year old girl killing herself. It’s just really sad.

yea , before jaden smith , beiber always, and many other youtube celebrity was a victim of this kinda rumor .

i didnt know who she was untill they started taking the pee out of her on celebjuice..

The amount of people that have seized upon this video just to post abuse about her really is quite silly. I’ve not taken too much notice of the story after hearing about it on the Radio over here, and how much she was being mocked and ‘hated’, thing is, it’s easy to be abusive and start silly rumours behind the safety of a computer monitor. I think what’s happened with Rebecca Black is the sheep mentality of people, once the ball starts rolling, more and more people join in to have their little bit of ‘fun.’ It’s just one facet of what socialising and being part of a community on the internet has become.

Thing is Youtube is full of abusive comments, from racist, sexist and homophobic, so although Rebecca Black had more attention, views and comments than most, it’s pretty typical of what is commonplace on there.

perfect reply. I couldnt agree more. People also forget this is a 13 year old girl who was handed lyrics she didnt write, put in a video she didnt make and auto-tuned like crazy. ARC productions did this to tons of others. If you go on youtube and look up kaya, they have a video of her singing a britney spears-ish song in which they sexualized her and auto-tuned her to give the public what they wanted, empty lyrics and a sex object. If you go on HER channel, she likes to sing with an acoustic guitar and has a beautiful voice (especially for a 17 year old with no training).

I feel sorry for those girls. I honestly think that maybe if Rebecca was worked with on her voice and how to sing (she was singing with a smile, big mistake in vocals) she could be ok, and come one, people forgive Britney Spears for her inability to sing (we’ve all heard her without lip syncing, its awful)

Sadly most of them r from US, they just love to abuse other give hateful comments ..whenever someone gets popular most of the people in youtube just takes it negatively.

i would assume its just a rumour, however you never know if it could happen later on, epsecially from the huge amount of disgusting jealous or just plain stupid people out there who have hurled abuse at her for absolutley no reason a all. unfortunantly most of the poeple abusing her anre kids andeens, and thats just sad and sick
