I just read an article on this topic yesterday actually. Dark chocolate with 60% cocoa or more is good for you and is contained a super fruit. The cocoa bean is compared to an avocado as it is extremely high in antioxidants and has a lot of vitamins in it, but also has a lot of fat in it.
Dark chocolate can definitely be good for your heart. As chocolate is made from plants, it contains antioxidants which can help to protect you against heart disease. Of course, you also have to maintain a healthy lifestyle, but dark chocolate can help too.
milk chocolate is not, but dark choclate (over 70% dark) is. Dark chocolate is a disease fighter, has antitoxins and lots of good for you stuff in it! Ofcourse, everything in moderation.
Dark chocolate is, I think because of what it contains and stuff, but you have to eat it with control, it's not an excuse to eat all the chocolate you can :P
