Is it true that when your ear is ringing someone's talking about you?

I was told by my Father that when your ears feel hot and irritated or “burning” someone is talking about you. Also, if your palms itch you will get some free money, and if the soles of your feet tingle you ‘ll travel a great distance soon. It’s all urban myth/parapsychology. Ive actually experienced the burning of the ears and had it proven tho…

Ears ringing is called tinnitus. It’s not a disease- it is a symptom. It happens commonly although it may be a sign of hearing loss in some degree, among other things. Tinnitus is a very broad term describing the perception of noises in the the ear canal. It’s attributed to listening to headphones with high volume because the sound waves are directly conducted into the ear canal, without first bouncing off the stuff in your room.

hmmm thats an interesting myth but i dont think its true most myths arent true lol but yesterday my ears WERE ringing maybe im becoming old already or its the myth O.o

I think it is about as accurate as the belief about Friday the 13th, black cats, walking under a ladder, or carrying a rabbit’s foot, etc. I don’t personally believe in it but some people do. If you could ask players and coaches on teams what they believe gives them good luck…. you’d be suprised how many other things they have come up with. LOL

i bet when your ears ringing there is some one some where talking about you… but even when your ear isnt ringing i bet theres people talking about you .

Yes exactly right everyone just a myth don’t make sense.

Now that makes sense …Otherwise nobody’s talking about me because my ears haven’t been ringing. But my skins been itchy, Hmmmm!!! :)
