trouble with job
am planning on getting a job. but since this my first job. I dont know what really to expect. am a very shy person. I like to do a lot of things in silent. like at jobs. do people work as a team. or more of a solo act?.( kroger).do you even have to talk to your co-workers?
Normally there is a team like quality to working in a store. Don’t worry. Once you warm up to the other employees, you will realize that it is really similar to school and you will make a lot of friends. I’m sure you will do fine. :) Sam
I would suggest that you overcome your shyness, its not that hard. After the first couple days you should naturally overcome it. The benefits are the time will go by a lot faster and team players get noticed for promotions and raises more then anyone else.
