Tricks to not crave food?

Does anyone have little tricks to make you not as hungry? Or like not crave food?

Answer #1

-eat very small portions or loads of healthy snacks(e.g fruit) many times a day -drink water before you eat -eat highly nutritious food and not unprocessed food(e.g WHITE bread) these will make you want to eat more even your full though your brain hasnt told you are so.Instead eat WHOLEGRAIN or BROWN bread this keeps you fuller -try not to eat FRIED foods too much.your best bet is to bake, boil, steam or grill -5 porton of fruit and veg.And no, drinking 2 different types of juices only count as 1 -substitute waht you usually eat to a healthier alternative (e.g instead of butter on toast try hommous(chickpea paste/tahini) on a rice cracker

Answer #4

some gum is supposed to lessen cravings… and then there’s like drinks and stuff for that… there’s always slim fast and that stuff…

Answer #5

Starving yourself increases your fatigue level. Your body eats itself off. Its not healthy for you. You should have at least a full course meal everyday :) I`m pretty skinny for my age but trust me, I eat a lot and never gain weight. If you dont want to be fat, eat healthy, and work out :) Whats so hard about that?
