Is trampoling really that good for you ?

Is trampoling really that good for you ? I have a trampoline and love it 2 pieces! lol sad I know! but I never knew it was like really good exercise!!! Can anybody tell me abit more about how it keeps you fit or what it does for you and how much weight/calories can you loose ? Please and thank you xxx

You’ve got to stay in control of where you bounce around, so I would think that trampolining would be exercising. It’s like jumping, but you’re on a bouncy surface rather than a solid surface. Try jumping rope on the trampoline; I imagine that it would be fun AND a real good workout.

yes its good exerscise it also helps hkeep your ankles strong and tone up your bottom section as for how many calories you loose no one can ansewer that it depends on how long/fast you bounce for and if you do anything else like star jumps on it
