Depends, are you considered a legal adult where you live? If not, you’ll need a legal adult with you to travel there…also, a lot of hotels & things will need a credit card when you rent a room, even if you pay with cash, for a security deposit.

To research what to do when you get there, tripadvisor is good, also try looking at some websites from the city if they have those, sometimes they have good, up to date information you can’t find on a generic travel website.
