What is a good touch phone?

Does anyone know of a phone that costs no more than £100 which: Is good for texting. Has a good screen, around 3inches. Doesn’t freeze or restart often. Maybe has a deleted messages folder? But that’s optional :) I currently have a samsung genio touch and after around a year and a half; it’s frozen a lot and has an increasing habit of restarting randomly. It’s quite slow too Which doesn’t help so I’m getting fed up with it now, any good phones around? I’m currently on t mobile and pay £10 a month for unlimited texts.

The blackberry torch, touch screen and with a keyboard.. so if you get sick of the touch screen you dont have to use it :)

I have a Samsung Impression and i absolutely love it. I use my cellphone and internet pretty much all day (i dont have a computer, i access this site solely through my cellphone) and never have any problems with it freezing what so ever. I’ve also had the phone for over a year now and havent had any complaints.
