Top of ear piercing

how long does it take to heal about? and if anyones had their tragus done how does the pain compare to that?

mine took almost 10 months to heal . it dont really hurt as soon as you get it done , just the healing process hurts a lot. this might sound really stupid , but when I went to get into my friends car , I got it hooked on the top of the door, mann it hurt soo bad I almost cried.

it takes awhile to heal, and I definetly think that the tragus hurts worse

the piercer in the jewellery shop told me it might take up to 3 months to heal, and it doesnt hurt a bit with a gun, its just a count to three, a quick click and thats you done. its painfree for the first hours or so, then it starts to feel bruised and irritated, but its not that bad. (:
