How do I get a tone and clear body?

i am 15 years old and i really wanna get my body toned such as legs and stomach but what exercises could i do in order to do that? i do dance twice a week as i do hip hop and musical theatre but it doesn’t seem to be enough to get what i want. also…how do i get my skin to clear up like on my legs and stuff and get nice clear legs and arms and chest and stuff in order to feel more confident about wearing shorts etc and to have nice skin? xx

Exercise, healthy eating, 9 hours of sleep at night and a couple weeks or months (depends on your body’s metabolism or how long it takes your body to get toned)

You need to lead a healthy life-style. Start of exercising. If have never exercised before, start of a few times a week at the gym and start off slow. Eat healthy as well, three meals a day an snacks. Eat healthy, drink plenty of water especially since you will be exercising. Get enough sleep every night.

For skin: You need to drink lots and lots of water. Tip: to speed up metabolism drink ice cold water in morning :) and eat healthily.

Do different type of sittups e.g. normal, ones with your feet at 90 degrees knees bent.

Try lying down on back, raise legs 90 and take them to the left hand side of body leaving it and inch off ground then back to middle then to other side.

Leg muscles, do cycling, running, skipping, stepping (stairs instead of lift)

Hip-hop should help with building your muscles as you need strong abs. Hope this helps :)

Toned muscles are a result of lifting weights/working out but instead of lifting as much as possible, try to do lots of repetitions of lighter weights.
