How to help a friend in a rut?
I have friend who seems to be in a rut ( she never goes anywhere and doesnt care about her appearence) what can I do to help her?
Plan activities with her? Go over and get dressed at her house so you can encourage her to dress up?
One of my friends was like this, and I made a deal with her that once a week (we chose thursdays) we would have a “pretty day”, we would get dressed up, you know jewellry, make up, the whole deal…
Well. You cant change her until you find out whats rong. I am going to assume she doesnt have a man? maybe she is lonely. or hurt. Try to find out if something happened to her or something.
