To be with or not to be with

There’s this guy at my school and I just found out that he’s crazy about me! He’s light skinned and whenever I’m around or talking to him, he starts blushing without even knowing it. He told me that he really liked me last year and ever since he’s kinda…..how do I put it ……. dying to ask but doesn’t know how? He’s trying to ask me out but he’s too afraid of what I would say. But that’s the thing I don’t know if I want to go out with him or not. He’s not bad looking and he’s really sweet but I just don’t know. What should I do?
