Title capitalizing

This has to do wit FunAdvice,I noticed only certain questions are capitalized more than once,not just the first letter,why can’t all the other questions be like that and not just one?

If you write a question with incorrect grammar (eg, capitalizing every first letter of each word) it’s scientifically harder to read…same with typing in all caps.

So, if we see somebody typing that way, we’ll try to correct it…however, we don’t auto correct that kind of bad typing.

Last…it takes longer to type that way, right? So…why would anybody want to both waste extra time typing something and make it harder for people to read their question or answer, which would make their input less easy to read on the site?
