Does anybody have any tips on how to tighten loose skin around the stomach and waist area?

Do sit-ups, pull-ups, and weights combined with running or swimming and you’ll build muscle and loose fat.

google or youtube up some exercises to strengthen and tighten core muscles!! I know a bunch of exercises but don’t know how to describe them :P do you know what planks are? do 5 sets and increase 30 seconds for each, leaving a 15 second break in between sets. do this 3 times a day - best work out to tighten the tummy :)

If it is skin and you lost weight it may not tighten back up. If its a pouch you can try pilates or yoga. Skin has a stretch to it like a rubber band once you over stretch the skin it doesn’t come back. If it is a lot of skin you may need to look into cosmetic surgery like my friend shane he lost 250 pounds and has to get excess skin removed
