tips for getting over an abusive boyfriend and an abusive horrible
- keep a diary, but dont get too wrapped up in it. 2.remember all the time that You are better off without that person. 3.dont forget all the horrible things that he did to you, just stop letting it hurt you. remember the horrible things so you remember why you need to be far far away from that creep. 4.remember you deserve so much better then everything he did to you. you deserve so much better then him and his friends(etc) treated you.
- you are smart, nice, pretty, you deserve someone who will appreciate you.
- you deserve someone who will make you happy, that will help you to trust him, that wont hurt you, that will make you feel like your special and the only one, who will love you.
- there are horrible horrible people out there. dont beat yourself up for getting fooled by one.
- whats worse then him ruining and taking so much of your time away, is him taking all that time away from you and one more day.
- remember all the compliments people give you, so if you accidently remember any of his insults to you–you can replace it quickly with a compliment someone gave you
- a lot of good people have gotten sucked into bad abusive relationships, a lot of good people have been hurt. bad things do happen to good people. youre not alone.
- if you feel you are in danger, alert everyone in your life about him(and his friends,girlfriends).
- dont be scared, be smart and make good decisions from now on and be bold and take healthy risks.
- start saying 'yes' to your unfolding future.
- someone else's opinion of you does not have to be your reality. always remember those abusers are wrong.
- dont be upset if you have a bad day over it now and then. practice makes improvement.
- you were going to find out sooner or later what a nutcase he is, atleast you found out now then later.
- pick a goal for your future. Determine 5 reasons why you should obtain that goal. write down everything youre looking forward to in youre future, even if its as soon as tommarow–or a decade from now, and even if its something as little as going to your favorite place to eat.
- if you feel you are in any danger (that he will hurt you, abuse you more, stalk you, etc) GET HELP IMMEDIATELY. If you fear he is stalking you, document everything. Record phone calls, take pictures of him following you. Go to the police. Go to trusted loved ones.
