OKay so I want to lose 20 pounds and I want to do it healthy but I just want to know how long it will take because I am sooo eager to lose it…I am 14 year old girl …5 feet and 107 pounds… I just started doing 50 minutes of cardio for 3 days a week..and I lift weights …and I eat 1500 calories a day … do you think this is healthy ..and if so then how many calories will I burn a week?? (no mean comments please)

An adult woman your height should weigh between 90 and 110 pounds, so I think it would probably be the same for you.

I wouldn’t worry about losing weight. You’re probably still growing so the weight will take care of itself.

You might want to start an exercise program so that you could tone your body which might make you feel better and be happy with your body.

YOU DONT NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT. if you do it will look like your a stick. if you lose 20 lbs youll be like 80..thats not healthy. your still growing
