Tinted Windows , how much?

How much would it cost to get tinted windowns on a 91 car? im getting this car for very cheap $200.00 sold. its clean, doesnt smell like smoke. only 67,000 miles on it. im getting a paint job on it because it hasnt been drove in a very long time and the pain it all chipped off. my boyfriend is doing the brakes && im goint to get a oil change.
