When you truly feel it, are certain and are sure without a doubt it is not a crush or just liking and truly is love.

When you truly mean it, make sure it’s not simply infatuation though because honestly in the beginning it’s easy to mix up the two. I didn’t say “i love you” to my boyfriend untill we were together for 8 or 9 months and I meant it when I said it.

And don’t say it all the time, because then it loses meaning.

Around once a week, go to your partener and really look them in the eye, get down on your knees and tell them you really really love them from the bottom of your heart. Don’t say it, do it. Mean it.

Too often in our society (because of television) everyone overuses “I love you” without really meaning it.
