This is how I feel

I want to say before I type anything else that I do not mean to offend anyone. I would never want to be intentionally offensive. That is not the kind of person I am. I am just expressing how I feel. I am an African American, and I do not like the way a large portion of African Americans act. I can not stand ghetto behavior. They are loud, obonoxious, disrespectful, rude, selfish, and mean. I do not like the fact that they blatantly disrespect the English language. I can not stand the ones who claim racism for things that are not even racist. I can not stand the ones who judge people that they do not know. I can not stand their entitlement mentality. They think fighting solves things. They are so sensitive about stupid things. I can not stand the way they act, period. I would not want to associate with these people. They are an embarrassment to society, this country, and evolution. I feel that they do not present a good image. I wonder if we should reform the House Un-American Activities Committee from the 1950s, so something can be done about them. Don’t get me wrong. I do not hate anybody, Hating people is wrong. I hate their behavior. I do not feel that I should have to like them. I accept them for who they are. There is a difference between liking someone and accepting someone. I am not trying to be mean. This is how I feel. I treat eveyone with respect, dignity, and kindness. I believe everyone should be treated that way. I want to know what you guys think. I hope that I have not angered or alienated anyone.

You make some good points - like Dr King said: judge by the ‘Content of their character’, not by the ‘Color of their skin’.

Answer #2

alm08 -all I can say to that is are you sure your not the one that should be disgraced? I mean come on its his opinion!

Answer #3

well his opinion can offend others…my family and I have been thru to much racism in our lives for it to continue on a website I felt comfortable with, if I feel like ima tell sumboddy off then I will and thats my opinion.my parents actually are very proud to raise a bright girl like my self who stands up for my self and my culture. because I love my race even if he doesnt.so whoever agrees with that ignorance is ignorant. dont ever say black people are the originators of being ghetto or loudness, how rude
