Breakfast
1 weetabix with semi skinned milk (no sugar)
Lunch
1 Ham samwich with white bread, packet of crisps and a big double chocolate cookie.
Dinner
Pasta with lots of cheese.
It seems like a typical teenagers meal to me :) Throw in some more fruits and veggies tho, and drink lots of water, it’s not only healthy for you but it’s REALLY good for your skin too!
Breakfast is the only healthy thing you ate.
White bread is unhealthy Crisps are unhealthy Chocolate chip cookies are unhealthy White pasta is unhealthy (try getting wheat) And cheese is fattening unless skim
The cookie and the pasta and bread. That’s a lot of carbohydrates to have.
