Who thinks we should go to the hospital?

well my girlfriend is sick with something and she thinks she need to go to the hospital i don’t really know cause i was sick but got over mine, she feel like she got a fever and got a running nose with coughing and she said she got a little trouble breathing.. maybe it just a simply cold? i don’t know i never been smart with medical stuff

I’d say doctor not hospital. Hospitals are needed for really sick people and shouldn’t be blocked up by hypochondriacs leaving seriously ill people in the waiting room. Take her to the doctors, she’ll get a diagnosis there and some anti-biotics to clear it up. If it gets worse and you feel it could be dangerous then go to the hospital. But please don’t waste resources if you don’t feel it’s necessary.

Go to the pharmacy and see what you can get over the counter? You can buy cold & flu capsules and cool packs to help her. Go to the pharmacy and ask them about anything that will help her. Describe her symptoms and they’ll advise you. It’s sort of like a drive through doctor. She should be fine

If it has been less than 24 hours have her take come cold & fever meds… most likely a virus so ABX’s won’t have any effect.

Stay well hydrated and get plenty of rest. If not improved in the AM, see a MD… Emily is right, stay out of the ER unless the breathing becomes an issue.
