How can I stop thinking negitive about everything?

I know people dont really like to hear this answer, but counseling helps a lot. I know from experience. I used to be seriously negative. But I got to the point where I was sick of being that way, and I sincerely wanted to change. And you yourself can stop it. Stop yourself when you notice you’re being negative, and turn it around into a positive thought. Example: If you lose a pet, dont keep thinking about how you wont see them anymore. Allow yourself to grieve for it, but think of the time you had with it and appreciate you had them at all. Basically, look on the bright side. Eventually it starts to be second nature. Be patient with yourself, and keep positive, it’ll come naturally in time =]

OMG im the same way my boyfriend always tells me that I always think bd. but how can we stop I mean theres always consequnces to everything! it sux I understand you! I want to stop and think positive too!!

It’s up to you - take it one day at a time and wake up with a positive attitude - up to you !!
