Things to chear you up

Just wondering what some good things are to chear yourself up? I’m feeling like s* at the moment :(

Smile, even when sad. The physical reaction triggers the brain to believe we are happy. meet up with friends get out and socialise, moping around in the house will only make it worse.

well im kind of feeling the same way. its sucks is the first thing. what I’ve’e been doing 2 keep myself from feeling worse is watching the videos of me and my close gal-friend, and looking at all our pics. another fun thing to do to get your mind off of it would be what moshposh said, or go for a walk, go out with friends,have a why O you day, go to the movies, go for a drink with friends (if your over 18, I dont know if you are). just whatever you do DON’T stay at home feeling worse. it doesn’t help at all. friends, in my opinion are the best way of feeling better. hope I helped.

what I do is, I invite mah friends to come over my place, we do videoke, and I always sing ‘don’t call me baby’ and ‘single ladies’!!! lol!
