You’re talking to someone who actually takes his education seriously. 250-183 in the House and 52-47 in the Senate when the war was being approved. Now, I know for a fact there are not that many Republicans in the United States in power, and there are only like 2 or 3 independents in Congress at any given time. You explain to me how the house got those numbers without saying that there were a significant number of Democrats supporting the war.

OBAMA and BUSH have no power over whether or not we go to war. If this country is going to war, Congress, and Congress alone, makes it happen, with or without the President’s approval.

No, you can’t blame it all on Hitler. The “final solution” could not have been accomplished without the complete support of many within the Nazi Party and without the German people’s ability to readily blame the jews for their troubles. Let us not forget that the majority of the German people turned a blind eye to what the Nazis did during the Holocaust and the war and many, to this day, still deny that so many were killed in the extermination camps.

You can’t blame an event of such horrific proportions on one man. Just like you can’t blame war on the President of the United States(because it’s the legislative branch who declares and sustains a war), just like you can’t judge a family by the poorly thought out actions of an individual, or why you can’t discriminate against a race for a few bad apples.

So has every other dictator, rebellion leader, and strike organizer. The Americans did it with the declaration of independence. Osoma Bin Laden does it. The Labor Unions do it(though I think labor unions are great). Poor reasoning to accuse a single person for the actions of millions.
