The Hollywood Records stole my texts.. and the song is preety popular now do I have any rights on the text? what should I do?

but I didn’t copyright it or anything I wrote a song and put it on a website of music and 3-4 month leter I heard THAT song (a little bit changed) I the supermarket I dunno it’s crazy

If you mean a song YOU wrote,if you copyrighted it,yes you do have rights to the text,just like my songs. I keep track of all my lyrics,contact them on their website and send a complaint about it.

As long as you can prove it you can sue.

Somehow I doubt it but if you did write that song then you can’t claim rights if it’s not a legal copyright. Hollywood records now has the rights to the song and there is noting you can do. Sorry.
