Ok...here is the scoop...I just started high school and I like this kid and he shows feelings as if he likes me but he does not do anything about it!And when I asked him if he did he said no but he also said..."you look nice but yur too chobby...and if yu lost 40 ponds I would look at yu more!"What should I do,and now I am on a diet for a guy please help meh!!! ~sami~
I used to be in your exact same situation. I used to be a really really big girl though. I mean I was huge. This was only like 4 months ago. Guys I thought liked me and used to call me fat a such, but I never really cared because I've always been dependent on myself and I've never needed a guy to make me happy. Well I met one guy, who is my bf still right now. But he made me feel like the most beautiful thing in the world. I didn't care about my wieght at all. My bf is an in shape guy to. He's fit he plays football, quarterback, he wieghts and such. And I know he thinks I'm beautiful. That's the kind of guy you need. Find one. They're out there. But about the dieting thing. I went on a diet because I wanted to be able to do what my bf could do and much more. So I went on a diet and i worked out. What I suggest if you really want to loose weight is don't drink any soft drinks. Eat half of what you would regularly eat. Don't eat sweets. Eat the least amount of breads pastas and cereals as possible. And exercise. Run in the morning and night. Run anywhere from a mile to 2 miles a day. Join a fitness center and do crunches! OMG DO CRUNCHES! They work better than anything you can do. Crunches and running. Do at least 600 crunches a day. They don't have to be all at the same time. But at least do 200 at a time otherwise your not doing anything. Well I hoped I've helped. And goodluck!

A guy should love you for who you are, not how much you weigh... When I was in middle school I really liked this kid Alex, and I asked him to the 8th grade dance. I had braces, baggy boy clothes, and was a complete tom boy. I slicked my hair back into a bun everyday.. and I loved who I was.
Growing up, into highschool I got my braces off- got a new haircut, and started dressing like a girl. When Prom came around, so did Alex. When he asked me to go with him, I said No. I was the same person, I just looked different. Alex and I are still great friends til this day, but because I looked a little better than I used to- he changed his mind about going to a dance with me.
There are some guys in this world that will look at you and see every wonderful quality you have other than your weight. Believe it or not, there are great guys out there. When I was 120 pounds, 5'7, and 18 years old.. I was called fat by my boyfriend... He is not my boyfriend anymore. I know I am not fat, and the guy who I am with now knows it too..
Agreeing with all above me, this guy is a jerk. Drop him and be happy. Love who you are and just be healthy. Good luck
FIRST OF ALL I WOULD HAVE BETTEN THAT GUYS BUTT! and second I totally now how it feels for someone to have call another person fat it is just rude! third about your diet you SHOULD NOT go on a diet that involves not eating food! because that is reall dangerous. you should just cute back on a little food do you drink pop?energie drinks? if you do you should just drink 1 or 2 a week and all that candy! you should just eat them on specail ecations like halloween a party or if someone gives you a box of candy as a friend. so hope that helps! good luck!!!
I really do agree with Sikashimmer. He is a jerk. If you do want to have this diet go ahead. Don't do this just for a guy. That really does loose self-confidence. There are guys out there looking for pretty girls like you. Because some guys doesn't matter how a woman looks. Doesn't matter if they are fat or not. Don't worry to much. It will be the guy's loss not yours. Don't be on a diet for a guy. If you want to be on a diet. Do that for yourself and stay fit. Good luck girl!!!
hey i dont think you should do this all for this guy! Because if he really liked you he wouldnt tell u to do that. That just means he likes you for your looks and not personality. He sounds like a jackass soo forget him and stay the way you are. I know its hard dont be heartbroken just move on. And if he really does like you he will come bak for you not just your looks. As far as the weight issue, it's always good to get in shape and if some guy is your motivation then rock on. Just get a sensible diet but you have to also inclue exercise or nothing will happen.
NO,NO,NO,NO,NOOO. Don't go on a diet for a stupid guy, That's dumb and will make you misserable!It would be diff. if you wanted to do it because it bothered you but if it never bothered you untill that boy said something then dont worry about it. find another guy that likes you the way you are. :)
Are you kidding me!? I understand you like the guy, but have pride okay, if your chubby and he dont like you cause of that then so let it be your in high school u'll meet a better guy along the way. a real man likes you 4 u ,dont worry u'll find him oneday!

He's a total jerk. Forget about him. A guy shuld like you for who you are. Not becaus eyou look a certain way. Look for a guy that likes you for who you are and forget about that bum.
I would of been like "wow! I feel the same way bout you but you would also need to grow another 5 inches and lose like 50 lbs" and than walk away and throw like a hamburger at him!
Dont let an asshole make you go on a diet or make you think your fat , just work out eat good live your live there are plenty of other guys .. love yourself before you love anyone
