ok..here s my questoin!! how do you usually let out your anger??what s the best way??

I sing.I pray.I write what I feel.

I usually play sport, work-out or use a punching bag. If I can’t do anything physical to relieve the stress/ anger, I just try to reason with myself and do all of the thinking that I can to isolate and eliminate the problem, lol.

I clench my teeth really hard and then read a book.

I listen to music..it calms me down..but its gotta be loud. lol.
