The 15th century Europe

I was wondering, what was life expectancy is 15th century Europe (Italy specifically) what % of people were over the age of 60? and over the age of 85? Right now, the average family size in Europe is about 1.25 children, what was it in the 15th century? What was annual population growth like then? In the 1950’s it was about 2-3% a year, now it’s about 0.05% a year. Did children attend school like they do today? What were common occupations then? What do you think they expected the year 2000 to be like? Do you think what we guess about the year 2500 will be more or less correct or very very different? Where can I find more information about the years 1400-1499, I want to mainly know about culture and customs.

Wow…so, this is very detailed & something this specific, a trip to the local library would be your best bet.

500 years ago…people didn’t predict the internet, nor airplanes, nor space tourism…but, we have those things now :) So, I’d say whatever we think the future will hold, it’ll probably be different.
