Tell If A Guy Likes You Over Text?

So there’s this guy I like and I really want to know if he likes me as well… so help?? He’s now a graduate from High School, I’m a sophomore. We met on the set of our school play of Grease - I was in the ensamble and he was Johnny Casino. We kinda became really good friends and talked all the time. He called me to talk and then after Grease we kind of didnt talk for a while. Then he got texting on his phone and texted me the day he got it to let me know. Since then, he’s texted me practically every day like as soon as he gets off work to see how I’m doing. He said he wants to take me to a movie or something before he leaves for college - is that a date? Also, he was at the same 4th of July BBQ that I was at. During the fireworks he came and pulled a chair up right next to mine and started talking to me. So please help me. I need advice from people besides my friends… Thank you!

I think he just wnts a friend to talk 2 a lot maybe not a girlfriend. The guy made up this code 4 us and he said he wud be mine if I wud be his. Thats a real sign that he likes me not just an everyday text!

I would say that he’s interested. He might not want to take the relationshipuch farther though since hes going to college

yeah I agree he probly does like you but because he is going to college he just wants to leave it wer it is but if I was you I would talk to him you never know he might be very in2 you and you end up with the guy just text him one day say…”hey cutiepie how you doing? well I’ve got a random question want to answer it?” then if he says yea then you go and say “ I think that you are in2 me am I rite.. hehe?” put it how ever you want just keep it fun and that your on to him kinda thing lol… but if you want to know if its a date just be like is this a date or we just chiln and if he says why you want to know just be like just seeing what you wer gonna say ya know curious… well good luck let me know how it goes and if you need any more advice!!!

I don’t see anything that indicates he likes you, other than a friend.
