All around the best way to maintain white teeth is with a good regimen and regular cleanings. This is a bedtime routine I use every night: If you’re looking to brighten up your smile try swishing with warm water and hydrogen peroxide BEFORE you brush your teeth. Take the cap from the hydrogen peroxide bottle and fill it with warm water, put the warm water in your mouth and then fill the cap with peroxide and add to your mouth. Swish for a minute, spit and brush with a whitening toothpaste. I highly recommend the Colgate Total Plus White (as far as I am concerned it is the best toothpaste ever made).

So that takes care of the surface, but you may still be concerned about in between your teeth. After you’re done brushing spit the excess suds out of your mouth, DON’T RINSE! Get floss and get down to business. Give yourself a quick rinse and off to bed! You’ll notice results in about three days. COOL!

The only fast way is the dentist (and this could cost a couple of hundred dollars…) There is nothing that is permanent, even the whitening at the dentist, although that lasts a couple of years… Then there’s strips, it takes a week or two and it lasts a couple of months… It is perfectly safe You get them at the pharmacy, where all the teeth stuff are It depends, the cost ranges up from $25

I heard that adding baking soda to your tooth paste helps. I also heard that you shouldn’t do it too often though, because then the soda can strip off the protection that comes with your teeth or so.

Dentist whitening sounds interesting. I might try that ^^. I have normal white teeth though. Just not white white. So I want them a little whiter too.

lol theres not really a a fast way. teeth whitening strpis and stuff that looks like whitout (bt for teeth) are around but they only help the front of the teeth a it…and it takes a few weeks for them to work…youll probably find them at your local store…otherwise go to a doctor or dentist an ask them what other things there are that would be suitable for you to use
