Quit drinking so much pop & eating so much sweets. And stay away from the milk, it’s only for animals to drink, not humans. Also stay away from Wal-Mart and the drugs. Eat a healthy diet and your teeth will get stronger and won’t crack. You can get calcium in your raw fruits & vegetables, don’t have too drink the colored water that they try to pass off as milk!

The gums aren’t responsible for pieces of the tooth breaking - the gum holds the entire tooth, so a chip doesn’t make sense. It’s the tooth itself that is weak, and that could mean you’re not getting enough calcium. Calcium builds and maintains the teeth. Toothpaste can shine them and keep them from rotting (yeah that’s what happens when you don’t brush) but that’s about it, it doesn’t add strength. What you need is either to drink a lot of (calcium fortified) milk or just go to the pharmacy and get calcium supplements, they are tablets you can take on the side. It’s a long process though so don’t expect perfect teeth overnight, but in the long run it will help a lot. Make it a habit to take the tablets or drink calcium fortified milk every day.

wash ur teeth with a tooth brush that is gentle. there is medicine for this. there is nothing wring with ur teeth is ur gums that are sick and procably weak and cannot handle ur teeth very well. go to a dentice tell him to check ur gums for infection.

The only thing you can do is wait to see the doctor. I think there is this toothpaste at Wal-Mart that strengthens your teeth, but I don’t know.
