Is it possible to teach myself some self-defense from websites with videos, pictures, descriptions?
Yes, I believe that is possible… it wouldn’t hurt to try.
If it doesn’t work out, and you need some more help learning… just get someone who knows self-defense to teach you.
With careful study it is possible. But saver way is having direct supervisor to see if it is ok for you to try certain level before practicing previous steps. Is it Kung Fu or Boxing LOL?
Haha just some self-defense moves to protect myself. thanx guys I know some people. Its just because the ratings for foreigners getting attacked and just incase because where me and my friends hang out there are some crazy racist people. And a lot of them get drunk and one of my friends was attacked. But thanx guys.
I believe you can learn some simple self defence moves from watching some “How To’ on you Tube or somewhere similar. I think basic self defence is important for everyone to learn. Good luck
