Tatoos on women... trampy?
Do you think having tattoo’s makes a woman trampy? I was reading my local newspaper and the people of my wonderful Bible-thumping town are against women having tatoos. It seems kind of silly to me (probably because I have 4 tats). What do ya’ll think? Sam
with the current society state of stereotypical mindstate of todays people with first impressions being so important
Yes.
ha at least you don’t live in utah. damn mormon world where it’s trampy to drink coffee! I don’t think it’s trampy at all. I’m getting my first one in a couple months and I want many after that. (:
Lol, hardly… what does body art have to do with sleeping around? Bible thumpers disapprove of most things… so it isnt exactly surprising…
I am a female. I am also a tattoo artist and piercer. I think of tattoos of a way to express my love of art and to symbolize times in my life. I am a married 24 year old and no where near trampy. Its a lifestyle choice.
ofcourse not…those damn mormon hypocrits…its just a way to exspress yourself…plus they look extra cool…it seems like the whole world is against tattoo’s and peircings…but I dont care, im getting my belly button and my cartilidge peirced…and I should be getting my first tattoo in a little while…nobody is gointg to stop me from doing what I feel I want to do…even if I am only 15..lol…make your own decisions regardless of what other people say, I’ve learned that early..hope this advice helps

I think its ok girls/woman to have tattoos, maybe a small one,not all over the body!
Thanks! No we just have a forum in our newspaper where people can make comments. This discussion has been going for quite a while and now it’s getting ridiculous. I live in the South and people are very religious here. Which I don’t have a problem with that but people are very quick to judge around here. Anyway, apparently now its against God to get tattoos. It’s just so silly.
I have 4 tats but they are all in places where I can cover them and still look respectable.
Sam
Are they planning a city ordinance or are they just saying they don’t like them?
Think of it this way, if the Bible thumpers liked tatoos they wouldn’t be cool any more would they? You should take pride going against the tenor and convention.
It is better ot be hated for what you are that liked for what you are not.
All that said I’m not a fan of tatoos, I just don’t like people making assumptions about anyone based on their appearance.
I don’t see how body art could make someone trampy, I have 8 :)
