if you’re 18 years old or older then its up to you to make that choice. I would recommend, as you’re a girl to get a smaller design…

I love the concept for it and I applaud you for wanting to get one…

just make sure you do these 5 things BEFORE you get one…

  1. have a design in mind.
  2. make sure its in a place that can be covered, as many places will not hire a person with a visible tattoo
  3. be willing to compromise a idea…the tattoo artist will know what will work and what will look horrible in 10 years on your skin, so try to trust them
  4. make sure you’re going to a licensed professional who has a clean and safe area to tattoo you
  5. get a size that suits your body…

I have a small petite female friend and she got this HUGE NAUTICAL STAR ON THE LOWER PART OF HER BACK. its probably bigger then my hand…I think it look awful because its simply too big for her body…it just does’nt look right.

also…sketch out a idea and post it someplace in your room where you can see it every day for a couple months…if you still like looking at the design in two or three moneths, then you’ll probably still like it in the years to come…then get it…

but remember…its suck on your skin forever, so really keep that in mind…
