Tampons can cause TSS Toxic Shock Syndrom. Pads are better in my opinion.
tampons are way better than pads.. less sticky… :P A tampon to me is more clean, and its great when you do sports :) also you don’t need to worry about changing every little while… they last longer. Once its in XD you dont feel it :) hope I helped
Yeah tampons are much better, cleaner and can flush them down the loo. Make sure you get the right size and you wont even feel it there!
