Talk to him or get over him?
I like my guy friend. We kissed at a party and he told me he liked me. Afterwards he said that although he really likes me he thinks it’d ruin our friendship; just wants to forget about it. So I have been really trying to get over him but nothing seems to be working. It’s been a month since we kissed. I still get the vibe from him he likes me. Should I talk to him, even though we agreed to forget about it? If not how do I get over him?
Why dont you believe him? A kiss happened, and he regretted it. Its not your fault, but he only just sees you as a friend, and theres nothing you can do to change that. So theres really no point in talking to him about it, and if you really want to get over him, you arent going to be able to continue the friendship.
Talk to him and be honest with him. He needs to know that your feelings aren’t changing and that it will only hurt your friendship if you let it. If you’re always true to each other then even if you break up, you can still be friends.
Tell him openly what you are looking for and this will be a lot better than wondering. Even if the result isn’t the one you desire.
