Taking youtube off the web??

I heard that the government was thinking about taking youtube off the web?? personaly I think thats retarded whats your feelings on the whole deal?

I think that it’s illegal. freedom of expression, freedom of the press… haven’t they ever heard of that? by taking YouTube off of the web, the government would be going against the constitution and vilolating the rights of millions. if they take off youtube, why not myspace? it causes more trouble than youtube does. why youtube?

The reason dates back from that 16 year old getting beat up by 8 others. You see even though it is Freedom of speech and all that the parents or the beaten girl got fustrated at these sites. Myspace was in serious consideration of being tooken off the web already but nothing has happened. The government says that the only reason that youtube is involved is because acts of violence like this is promoted by sites like youtube.
