Taking care of rabbit

I found a baby rabbit the other day and it seemed tame enough to handle so I decided to keep it. But I have never raised one before. I tried to feed it some water but it wouldnt drink it, then I tried some 2% milk and it drank that. I wont eat lettice or carrots? Im not sure what to do to take care of it.

Hi, I took care of 10 baby bunnies, when a lawn mower went over their nest…one of the baby bunnies ears were clipped, poor baby, well anyway, can you put a pic. of the bunny here so I can see about how old is the bunny ? If the baby bunny is really young…u can feed bunny with a eye dropper…kitten formula…most wild bunnies don’t live in captivity very well…they die…as far as water, you can put very little water in a bottle cap or something…not a huge one, because bunny might drown, I used a soda cap…I kept baby bunnies for 2 weeks…out of the 10 bunnies, 2 died…u have to also make sure the grass or hay you use is not moistened with dew…I gave green leaves & veggies (fresh) from grocery store but warmed to room temp. before I gave to bunnies…handle bunny the least you can other than feeding with eye dropper…wild bunnies are not used to being handled…I hope this helps u…dichihuahua
