Swollen maybe infected urethra?
I think I may have an infection in my urethra. but there is definatly a problem with my penis. I am male 16 and have a sexual relationship with my partner (we are both eachothers 1st time) when I have an erection it hurts to push my penis down just a little bit and I can feel a hard line that runs down from the bottom (near belly) to about 3/4 of the way up to the end of my penis where I can no longer feel it. this is why I think it is my urethra
You may have an infection, but it could be worst. Either way, penicilin. Also, you could try cleaning yourself with some iodine. It is safe. they use it in operating rooms to prep and clean the skin before incisions.
