Are you supposed to wear tampons at night as well?

So I’ve never actually used them before and recently started. It says use only up to 8 hours, but I have no idea if I should at night when I sleep, sometimes I sleep more than 8 hours.

U can just don’t leave them in more than 7 to 8 hrs

You can, if, as it says, you sleep less than 8 hours. I don’t use them at night, because I sleep a lot longer than that. However, I’ve worn them for more than 8 hours during the day and didn’t have any problems.(:

It’s okay to wear them at night. If you wear them for more than 8 hours, though, you significantly increase your chances of getting TSS (toxic shock syndrome). Wearing them slightly longer doesn’t mean that you’ll definitely end up getting TSS, but it’s not suggested to do so anyways. If you have a heavy flow, changing more regularly then every 8 hours is recommended.

That’s true, u shudnt wear them more than 8 hrs at anytime, day or night

u can …….. if not confortable u can try pads ………. it can be worn more that 8 hrs
