Diet is one major point in healthy skin, sadly it takes time. Eat a lot of fresh fruits vegis lean meats and also excersise as it improves blood circulation. if u look after ur insides it rewards u on the outside cuz beauty products only help so much. you are young so if u start now u will benifit in the long run. As for a skin care routine u need to cleanse tone moisterise but u being 13 i think all u need to do is find the basics of skin ccare for ur skin type ur young u dont need to many products as it ccan do more harm than good

For girls, normally the face gets more oily, so what you need to do is buy a face wash that has salicylic acid in it (most face washes have that), or you can even use soap as long as its fragrance free. You wash your face in the morning and at night before you go to bed. After that, feminine skin needs to be moisturized. Use a little bit of cream (Olay works the best) after you wash your face AT NIGHT. It should work out well :) good luck!
I agree with connor^^ Stay off the greasy foods, drink LOTS of water.. and for a specific treatment that I use, Scrub your face with a face scrub wash, then if you can find it in your store, I use this stuff called 'Sea Breeze' that is sort of like an oil that when you put on your face, it tingles ( and it makes your face feel really cold ) and when you dry your face off.. it leaves it feeling fresh and clean (:
soap no matter fragrance free or not is BAD . Also skin can be oily from being to dry too. So salacylic acid scurbs/ cleansers may not be the best option.
Well just rinsing your face with cold water once a day really helps. Try not to eat greasy foods and also drink lots of water.
just drink plenty of water, eat vegetables a lot, take vitamin e and vitamin c.. :))
i take a vitamin called hair, skin, and nail. it works for me.
