Sunburned skin

How can you make sunburned skin stop hurting?

Answer #1

aloe is the best

Answer #2

Take wheat flour, milk, olive oil, honey, and raw egg whites and mix it up, apply it to the burned area then lay out under a fan. If you dont have these things then dab some milk on a cloth over the effected area and lay out under a fan.

Answer #3

if it’s on your body and not just your face, draw a bath in the tub and get the water as HOT as you can stand it without it scalding you. if you want you can put a little aloe vera lotion in. then get in and soak as long as you can. it should draw all of the burn out. yes, I know this sounds painful but it’s not. it really does work.

Answer #4

be careful the sun is the leading cause of skin cancer in young adults… melanoma is on the rise in teens as we know it.. the sun is not good anymore try to expose yourself to it as little as you can, also make sure you use sunscreen!! so that you dont get burned!

Answer #5

only time can heal sunburns… but aloe vera should help soothe the skin. put on aloe evryday and after a while it shuld stop hurting. ^_^

Answer #6

Use lotion, use ones with aloe though..otherwise it will burn. You can also try Noxzema,it helps soothe the pain.

Answer #7

as HOT as you can stand it without it scalding you

NO, NO, NO, NO…you are burned…you should not be treating ANY burns with hot water…it will damage your skin more then it is allready. a cold bath with some baking soda works excellently for sunburn and then something with aloe vera in it. Also rubbing “wet” ice over your skin will help for the pain.
