Suggestions for a perm for sholder length, fine, thin hair.

In my late 20’s and looking for a hair style fun yet classy. Have very fine thin hair, so considering a layered bob cut or even a perm. Have any suggestions for a woman on a budget?

You should call around since some places charge decent prices and others are outrageous. When I was going to get mine done, the perm specialist was going to charge me $280! I found another good place that did it also that was only $80. Also, if you have a friend with patience that owes you, its not hard to do it at home. Just remember that you do get a perm, that it don’t take very well if you have had a lot of other chemical things done to your hair ( I.e. dying it, constant curling or straightening) I had only dyed my hair once and had it highlighted once and it didn’t take at all where my highlights were heavy. The other problem with a perm is that it “shrinks” your hair. My hair was about 2 1/2 inches below my shoulders, and it came out between my chin and shoulders when it was done. But it will relax after a few weeks of you having it. I think you should get a layered look, because my hair is also thin, and it adds a lot when your hair is layered. Good Luck on finding a new hairstyle!
