Why did I suddenly get a random music file on my mp3?
It just suddenly poped out and i cant delete it. There are so many files with nothing inside that file. What can i do to restart my mp3 or delete that file if the normal way isnt going to work?

Well it had to have gotten on there somehow. You probably clicked something online which resulted in an automatic download. Just delete the file off your computer, then next time you sync your mp3 it will be gone.
Are those files corrupt? Could that be why you are having trouble d eleting them? Your MP3 player probably has some sort of a reset somewhere on it. If not just wipe out the entire thing.
sometimes it happens if your corrupt some files or if you connect the MP3 player to a infected computer. The best thing you can do is to format the Mp3 players. Connect it to a computer then format it completely. I hope it will be as good as new ;)
