What is possible for this submachine gun?

Another question regarding my stealth-action game, you see my favorite submachine gun is the PP-19 Bizon, but I’m not exactly what you’d call knowledgeable of weapons. Is it in the realms of the reality for a PP-19 Bizon to be customized? Like using 5.7 x 28mm rounds in its magazine instead of 9mm, but keeping the same amount of 64 rounds? As well as having a dot sight and a laser sight?

the laser sight should be as well with the dot sight. but id say personally go with the sweetwater “operator” PP-19 BIZON by Wes- SPW Specialist. It has the rails on the side and top of the barrel for laser sights. as for the ammo, i dont think it would be possible.
