You could use hair wax if it’s layered. I use it(my hair’s like that) and it looks great! Try it :33

Try putting in volumizing mousse like Paul Mitchell’s in your roots and blow drying it upside down or with a barrell brush, it will help your hair look a lot thicker. I would know, I have fine hair also.
